Det första illustrationsjobbet... alltså, JOBBET! / The first illustration job.... that is, the JOB!

Jag har fått mitt första illustrationsjobb. Alltså, som ett jobb på kontrakt. Tidigare har jag "ställt upp" och hjälpt till här och där med pensel eller penna när folk har velat haft något i bildform. Men nu är det alltså på riktigt, med avtal, tidsramar och inte minst arvode. Det känns spännande! Jag får kanske avslöja mer när projektet lämnar mig som färdiga bilder till beställaren. Så jag får nog sluta knappa på tangentbordet nu och jobba vidare! Det är tre bilder som ska göras, samt ett typsnitt för företaget.

I've got my first illustration comission. That is, a comissioned job with a contract. Before I have "come forward" and helped out here and there with brush and pen whenever people have wanted something concerning imagery. But now it's for real, with business agreement, deadlines and not least a fee. It feels exciting! I may give away a little more later on once the project leaves me as finished images and ends up in the comissioner's hands. So I ought to stop typing this keyboard and do some more with it! Three images are to be made, and also a logotype for the company.
