Hos mina föräldrar finns ett vitrinskåp som huserar mina skapelser från tiden i Småland 1997-1999. Då talar vi lera. Skulpturer och drejade föremål. En del är faktiskt rätt snygga. Det får mig att hemligt drömma om lera igen. Just för skulptur. Det hade varit riktigt, riktig häftigt att se vad som skulle komma från mina händer 2019. De som står i skåpet är sådant som versionen av mig klarade göra då. Jag undrar hur alla mina erfarenheter fram till nu skulle kunna smältas in i nutidens skulpturer?
At my parent's house there is a glass-cabinet that harbours my creations from the time in Småland 1997-1999. Now we're talking clay. Skulptures and pottery. Some of them are actually quite nice. It makes me secretly dream of clay again. Mostly regarding sculpture. It had been really, really cool to see what my hands of 2019 would produce. Those in the cabinet are things by the version of me then and what I was able to do then. I wonder what from all my experience since then would be able to be infused in the creations of this present day?
